Projects
I designed and developed an iOS app that helps users organize their wardrobe, track clothing items, and create outfits to reduce unnecessary purchases. Built with SwiftUI in Xcode, the app focuses on user-friendly design and interactive features. I iteratively tested the interface to ensure smooth navigation, overcoming challenges in persistence and responsiveness. The final app is fully functional, providing a practical solution for wardrobe management while reinforcing my skills in Swift programming and user-centered design.

I authored a children’s book that introduces coding concepts in a fun and accessible way. I translated programming principles into creative analogies and visual examples suitable for young learners. The book is now published on Amazon and has been used in outreach programs to inspire curiosity in coding. Feedback from students and educators has been overwhelmingly positive, highlighting its effectiveness as an educational tool.

Partners & Teaching Approach
I collaborate with local organizations and schools to reach students effectively. Partners include Olive Branches School in Nigeria and Girls in Tech Zimbabwe, an organization dedicated to empowering young women through STEM education. Lessons focus on Python coding, debugging, and project-based learning, and are delivered using online platforms that allow students to code directly in their browsers.
Engineering for Equity: Building Prosthetic Arms
Through my Engineering for Equity club, I co-lead the design and production of 3D-printed prosthetic arms for students in need. We partner with e-NABLE, a global network providing 3D-printed prosthetics, and collaborate with a Uganda-based organization to deliver devices to children in under-resourced communities. Using CAD software and 3D printers, I guide club members through the full process while addressing challenges such as sizing, material choice, and cross-team coordination. This project not only produces functional prosthetics but also allows me to mentor younger students in engineering principles and problem-solving. It highlights the importance of hands-on learning, teamwork, and using technology to create meaningful social impact across borders.
Class Projects: Java Projects & AI Hand Detection
I explored algorithms, simulations, and interactive visuals through small projects, including a school-themed Connections game, a binary search and selection sort visualizer, fractal animations, Langton’s Ant and Game of Life simulations, and interactive image panels using polymorphism and dynamic effects. I customized the ML5.js HandPose model to turn hand gestures into music using p5.js.
